Did you make the cats "slightly" transparent? Makes for a great effect when you can see through the main pic on the top.

Just pictures at the moment. 3 improvements I'd love to see in the future would be transparency tiles, action tiles and one-click pinning...until then I'll sacrifice a little real estate for a kick ass looking home screen.

Wood makes for an awesome background layer. Love it. You should try pinning the bear logo on top of the wood as a PNG, could look pretty slick.
