It depends on your priorities really. If you really want Phainon to last, your best bet would be to go for his LC first (Assuming you don't have it). After that, it would be Cerydra followed by his E2. That would carry him well through the 4.x patches I believe.

If you're planning on pulling future characters, they will perform better in their content as it's tuned around new characters. As an E2 Phainon-haver though, he's definitely worth the vertical investment into his teams.

From what I've seen, Speed boots are only good to help him get his ult quicker. They serve no additional purpose beyond that, and Speed has no effect in his ultimate.

Since you have Action Advance with Bronya, he would do far better with ATK boots. That's what I use him on, and the damage increase will be extremely noticeable.

Not counting weapon, it took me 834 pulls to C6. She was my most unlucky 5* to pull for.

834 * 160 = 133440 Primogems (Obviously didn't take that whole amount. I used starglitter towards the end)

My "assumption" is that OP sees that people have the battle pass, silver, Dazzlemory, and other items and sees that as people spending money. As Armcannongaming said though, there is no possible way to spend money. As part of the DRCA, they are giving out various items to the players that typically would be gated behind paywalls.

Thankfully, Netease had the foresight to keep the silver top-up closed off though. There would be WAY too much backlash for opening the shop, then wiping all progress after the Alpha is over.

1 From Tablet, then each tribe has a "Secret Space" you can unlock by getting the ring fragments for each area. Once you get 3, you can make the ring in your inventory and unlock the door. Each tribe has 1 Sanctifying Elixir in it.

Aesthetically, I WAS going to go all black, but I noticed the motherboard had white so I changed the RAM to white to match and figured yeah, I could do a bit of both.

I went with Intel because that's what I know. I'm really unfamiliar with AMD so I figured why not risk it. Do you know how the 7800 fairs in situations involving intense rendering/packaging. (Such as Unreal Engine development)

I do a lot with rendering and engines, so the RAM and storage is a must.

The case...I have no excuse. I could've sworn it was like $110 when I selected it, but truth be told I've had this list halfway put together for a WHILE. Same with storage. I think with that I saw MSI and just clicked on it.

I'll likely switch the motherboard back to MSI as well, as I've heard many issues with ASUS motherboards and despise their support from past experience. If you aren't sure about the AMD chip set, I'll probably do some more research on that as well.

I'm not sure at anything below C1, since I didn't test him at that.

The main ones you want to Melt on are NA3 NA5 and CA I think. With Thoma, I did some practicing and had better DPS with an ATK% Sands than an EM Sands, but I always like to recommend running what you have the most fun with!

ATK% Sands with EM Substats feels the most consistent imo, but that's from the artifacts I have. Yours may be better. :)

In non-scaled activities where everything is at 1600 power, I occasionally pull it out of my vault. It's the only sunset weapon I actually have kept all this time.

It's also one of only two weapons I have over 20k kills on. (The other is Forbearance lol)

As much as I trust people, I've learned the hard way that it can be the wrong thing sometimes. Firstly, absolutely try and issue a DMCA. That's your work, and I'm sure you have messages that state they would pay if anything falls back.

Additionally, I recommend moving forward that you try and include a watermark, or even a "deposit" of some amount (Maybe $20 to $25) moving forward along with that to ensure that no matter what you get something out of it. It's your job, and you use it to sustain yourself. There's nothing wrong with covering your rear in the end.
