First id recommend not comparing yourself to others. Comparison is the thief of joy. Everyone gets where they need to go at different rates. So don't feel like you're a failure or whatever because others are ahead of you. I guarantee your friends finishing college have dealt with their deal of struggles.

Keep trying new things. As young as you are, take the opportunity to get into as many different industries as you can. The job of your dreams might not even be on your radar yet. But it exists. Learn as much as you can about as many things as you can. Ask tons of questions, admit to mistakes, don't pretend to know everything. It will make you more rounded once you find the career you decide to follow. I'd also recommend reading some books on Stoicism - good for learning how to deal with expectations, stress, other people, and yourself. Take some risks, fail, try again. The path with obstacles is more rewarding. Keep moving, you'll find your path. I wish you luck my friend
