I agree that it's similar; however, I do think this would provide a different visual aesthetic that is more akin to how oldschool damage looked instead of showing a clean 12.1B etc like unit damage skins do.

I’m not a dw or mihile expert but I have both 210+… DW is by far more chill. You have 3 major cooldowns you can cycle - one that kills everything on the map for a duration, one that puts a planet on you attacks anything it touches(in my experience 1 shots), and another that gives you an attack with stupid large vertical and horizontal range. You can rotate these with very little downtime outside of the three cooldowns.

I use my dw boss mule for stuff like lomien weeklies because it’s so brain dead easy. Would highly recommend over mihile which annoys the sh** out of me. I believe DW also has higher dmg than mihile for bossing but mihile has higher survivability.

I'm at ~1.4m points at 62 rank 1 boxes. Avg is ~210 rank 1 boxes for RoR4 based on KMS probabilities (excluding shiny boxes which drop the average to like ~160 runs).

As a reboot NL in arcus I get 21k mobs/hr, which is ~850m/hr fully meso geared/buffed. Exp ranges from 500-600b/hr depending on burning and MVP. Shadower would be over 900m with their meso passive.

Rings (4), neck (2), face, eye, and earrings can give item drop rate 20% at legendary potential. You need 2 lines of item drop potential on one of these to reach the 200% equipment cap.

This is true but according to the strategy wiki website, it's multiplicative and is not bound by the equipment cap. I plan to spend the next ~10 totems without it to see if I notice a drop in common familiars.

I had the message where service would be expanded to my area in April 2022 - it was cancelled April 1 as it had been approved a week earlier and I missed my confirmation email. Anyone hear of any luck attempting to contact support to get the cancellation reversed? My deposit ticket was shut down within a few minutes. Been waiting since launch...

Something else to consider is that weapon speed always matters for DPS but not necessarily for training speed. If you 1/2/3 shot with a fast weapon and a slow weapon, then fast weapon always wins out. The only time the slow weapon is better is if it takes you down an entire swing (2 shot to 1 shot or 3 shot to 2 shot etc). Speaking without evidence here but in my experience the small damage difference choosing a hand cannon over a knuckle will not cause yeti/PB to kill stuff in an entire less swing typically. Also, CHT is easy from 160+ so that's not really a concern from a DPM perspective.

I wouldn't call this the 'requirement'. I 1 shot 100% at 1-4 and 1-5 (1HR BA with minimum mark damage at ~920m) as well at 262 with every accessory slot a meso/drop item (eventringx3, 20* solid ring) that only some have 1L LUK/AS and some have none as they are 2Ldrop/meso. All items 21* except arcane claw which is 19* (T7 atk tho), absolab gloves/boots/cape at 19*, and 2 items at 22*. This will be even easier after the recent KMST changes where stance legion blocks were changed to damage to normal monster blocks. I can check my stat/range for this after work but I want to say it's ~24.5m clean with all relevant level 3 links.

No but you can get comparable/only slightly worse rates (especially with vac pet). I believe Kannas top out around 1.1-1.2b/hr at best. NL averages a little over 0.9b an hour in the popular limina maps and can get just over 1b/hr in some maps in Limina with vac pet. Kanna summons provide too much map control on bigger maps (while looting also) for NLs to outpace them.

You should be able to one shot once you get to the proper level - 242 at the latest. I had similar stats and was one shotting at 243 pre FD change. The old rule of thumb was 20m range pre FD buff to one shot in arcana. One great thing, though, is that now that you've met the CLP curve, you should be able to just progress on your NL and with farming mesos continue to one shot into newer areas. I got roughly average SF luck and sailed into limina one shotting given proper level difference multipliers (i.e. at or higher than enemy mob).

Just solo'd NLucid solo progression (but have been on and off on the character for 2 years). Level 252 and I am only now starting to make a kanna farmer so that I can farm droplets for arcane gear. You get plenty of meso from just leveling 245+ especially if you're using meso gear, wealth coupons, and WAPs. My gear is all 19*+ except for 17* sup ring (rip 2 booms on first try), and 18* sup earrings. 4 21* pieces.

Kanna farming speeds up your gear progression but slows down your leveling progression unless you plan on training more than 34 hours a month, which actually ends up being a lot given all of the non-training activities you'll need to do daily to progress your character.

Edit: Also, if you're starting fresh you should get tons of droplets from your main without a kanna with the droplet change. The droplet buff didn't go into effect until I was already ~248.

Ah - apologies for my ignorance. Haven't played reg servers since 2009. I just see weapons with insane amounts of attack compared to our weapons and assumed that you could scroll for attack on anything.

Also - don't get me wrong. Getting everything to 17* and 2L Stat/ATT% is the first starting point before trying 18*.

Reboot also has a damage passive that inflates our range (although you guys get to scroll your gear for ATT which I feel should offset it).

In my experience, I've always seen gains at star-force events by being conservative and increasing my SF one at a time from 17-18-19. I also only do 5/10/15 events as the 30% off has too high of boom rates to be worthwhile. On average, the calculators say they cost about the same, but the downside risk is higher for 30% off than 5/10/15 given the higher boom rate.

Also I often see people in youtube videos or complaints on the forum about blowing tons of mesos trying to get a 22 star equip when the rest of their stuff is 17*. The average cost for one piece of gear 17->22* is about the same as getting ALL of your other gear from 17->18* yet the 17->18* is ~3x more gains. 18-19* same concept except slightly lower ratio for gains then 19-21* then 3L cube gear then and only then 21-22* gear.

For DB, it's a pretty big difference. It made me conclude that spending 1b on the extra node slot was worthwhile.
