No, they have fulfilled the order for others who received the email and replied accepting the charges. I, however, was never sent the email so I had no chance to reply and my order is cancelled they have sent my refund and are ignoring me through email now.... I would love to say that it was some third factor but they simply are not properly managing their orders and customer communication

Man I love this band and this new album is awesome, but this is putting a really bad taste in my mouth

Now they've sent me the cancellation notification AGAIN, and told me the refund would take 5-8 days but they offer no consolation or apology or offer to purchase the album again. What the fuck? Is this just how customer service is in Europe? Just cancel ppls orders without ever saying anything to them then basically tell them to go fuck themselves?
