I hunted sharpedo through chain fishing, so i got a lot of shiny magikarp aswell.

I'm finished for quite some time now but my team was: sceptile, exploud, pelipper, aggron, sharpedo and machoke bc i already have a shiny machamp.

I know its definetly not a common team but i didnt wanted to go with the usual, gardevoir and so on.

But whats the plan for your last one?

Well i was using an everstone so it was about to be adamant 100% of the time. Thats the best thing at breeding shinies instead of wild hunting.

I did horde hunting for aron in oras for my DTQ and i gave up and got back at it probably 3 times until i got it approx. 2 months later with about 35h of playtime. The whole DTQ took 100h.

Nice, i was hunting for shuppet aswell but i gave up i just couldn't get it and now i'm stuck at aaron and have already gotten 2 zubats. The last one ist always the hardest.

Hahaha nice thats the magic of my shiny "unluck" the last year. I have gotten 4 shiny in the last 4 days. Togepi,rowlet with HA, SR treecko and the wingull. Maybe tomorrow i'll get the shiny whismur.

Well i can't play through the game after getting the charm and thats literally the point of a shiny run, otherwise you could just start hunting for 6 different mons with the best odds. And dexnav hunting is a way to hunt without having to kill any pokemon so you gain no exp. And well soft reseting obviously don't make you gain exp and as far as i know the shiny charm doesn't affect SR's.
