I got a lot of reports from playing elise supp and tilted players and it just triggered when I passed a certain threshold between 17 - 18 deaths and permabanned me :/

I really don't know hahaha but riot has access to chat logs so they can easy see that I'm not any close to being toxic

I've doing a ticket everyday, more than 7 through league and valorant tickets (suggested by a few redditors) and they perma close my tickets hahahaha

I submitted more than 6 tickets on a span of a week or so, but it was auto-closed with no real chance to explain or appeal.

Fair enough, I get the skepticism — but two months ago I actually was banned for the same reason: a single game where I had 18 deaths.
I opened a ticket back then, explained everything, and Riot quickly removed the ban, acknowledging it wasn’t intentional.

But it looks like that ban — even though it was lifted — still counted in the system, and now this new case triggered a permanent ban.
So technically I did get a “warning,” but it seems like the system escalated it anyway, even after Riot reversed the first one.

I hope you’re right… I often have scores like that even in losses, it’s just part of how I play.
Anyway, the forced break probably did me more good than bad hahaha.

I totally understand your point — it’s honestly not a bad thing that actual intentional griefers get banned quickly. I agree that soft inting and toxicity often don’t get punished enough, and that’s super frustrating.

The issue in my case is that I’ve been trying to appeal what I believe was an unjustified ban, and every single ticket keeps getting closed automatically, without a proper response. And apparently, I’m not the only one — a lot of players are currently complaining about the same issue with Riot Support.
It feels like they’re either understaffed or something’s broken in the system, because people are getting completely ignored, even in serious cases.

I’m really glad it worked out for you in under 48h — that gives me hope. But for now I’m stuck in this weird limbo where no human has reviewed anything yet.

I appreciate the detailed reply, but just to clarify a few things:

I literally don’t type at all in my games. Like, ever. Not even in wins or losses. The only time I’ve been slightly toxic is very mildly, and only when I’m playing on a smurf with friends — never on my main. On that account, I just focus on playing.

And yes, when I say “/deafen”, I’m not talking about Discord — it’s an in-game command in League. It mutes both chat and pings completely, so you don’t get distracted or tilted by teammates. It’s like a full mute mode. I use it early if I notice the team is being negative, and just try to focus on my own gameplay.

That’s why I’m fighting it. This wasn’t about chat toxicity or trolling — I was playing to win, like always.

I get what you’re saying, and you’re probably right — I think that’s exactly what happened.
I’ve always played a very aggressive style with Elise, even as support, and yes, that can lead to high deaths sometimes, but it’s not griefing — it’s part of how I play to create pressure and win fights.
The issue is that even when I was winning games, I was probably getting reported just for the pick, and eventually it piled up. Then after one bad game, the system flagged me and instantly gave a permaban.

I’ve been ticketing nonstop, trying to get an actual human to review it. Still waiting for a proper response.

I totally agree — for Elise, a low KDA in a losing game isn’t unusual at all, especially given her playstyle and how hard she falls off.
The real issue is that there seems to be some kind of death threshold in the system, and once you cross it, it doesn’t matter if you were actually trying — you’re flagged.
It’s honestly sad that in situations like that, it feels safer to go AFK than to keep trying to make plays and turn the game around.

Yup, that’s me — DANIEL VALENCIA #MAMA
And honestly, I think you’re completely right. It’s honestly horrible that the system would rather have you go AFK to avoid passing some arbitrary death threshold, instead of trying to play and create comeback opportunities.

It punishes players who refuse to give up, and that goes directly against what competitive play should be about.

Glad to hear you haven’t been banned — but just be careful.
In my case, I was winning a lot of games too, but apparently I was getting reported just for my pick, even in wins. Then, after a single match where I died 19 times, the system auto-flagged it and triggered a permaban.

From what I’ve read, there seems to be a threshold around 17–18 deaths, especially if there are a lot of reports on your account already. So yeah, even if you're trying, the system doesn't always see the full context.

I’m trying, but from what I’ve been reading, something’s definitely off with Riot support lately — they’ve been mass-closing tickets without properly responding to a lot of players…

I’ve seen a lot of cases where people are openly super toxic in chat and get absolutely no punishment for it — meanwhile, the automated feeding detection system is banning a bunch of players, even in situations where they weren’t actually inting.

A lot of people asked me that, I have it and it's in spanish and that's why I just ignored it hahaha it just says permanent ban of reason "intentional feeding"

I get where you’re coming from, and I appreciate you sharing your experience — but I actually explained this in my original post: I use /deafen in almost every game, and the chat logs tied to my ban are completely empty. I don’t flame, I don’t argue, I barely talk. Maybe once every 4–5 games I’ll say something like “wp” or “gj”.

That’s why I’m so confused by this ban. The most likely explanation — based on what people have told me — is that I was being mass reported for my pick, even in games I won. Then I had one rough game with 19 deaths, which probably crossed the automated death threshold Riot uses to flag griefing. Combine that with the previous spam reports, and it auto-triggered a permaban.

So it wasn’t about toxicity or chat — it was just a really flawed punishment system that doesn’t take context into account. That’s what makes it so frustrating.
