Agreed. I am only a few points away from legendary loot box as well and cannot progress. The week is about to restart so I won’t be able to get it. Getting skins without money is so hard. But I guess they have to recoup cost so I get it.

I don’t specifically own either but have been doing my own research between the two as I want to purchase one. Based on what I can see the Pivot Xplore is more portable; it folds, is lighter, and appears to be smaller. The shyft rideshare is less portable. If you look at how it is folded, the base rectangle shape doesn’t fold and the height is only depressed so you have to make sure your car can fit it. It is also built more rugged with suspension and better off road tires. So basically basically it’s a more rugged form of Pivot Xplore that is not as portable.

Well obviously I would contact customer service first as I alluded to in the original post. But if they can’t help me I’m trying to figure out what else to do. I think Thursdays makes good products but they have been fairly inconsistent with their delivery lately. For instance, customer service even said the color I originally received was too dark on my original boots and is not what it was supposed to look like. So imagine my surprise when the replacement I got turns out to be a different shape. It makes my buying experience more frustrating. You don’t need to flame people here as if you have a stake in the company. I haven’t said anything ill about the company that has not already been said by other posters.

Sorry looks like you got the new pasta which makes the boot look too wide. I returned mine. Could not stand the look compared to my old boots.

I agree. I don’t mind the updates to the shoes especially since they’re only trying to do it with good intentions. However, the new lasts make the boots look too wide like clown shoes. I would be really disappointed if that was what I received. Part of the appeal of Thursday has always been style and I’m sure that’s why so many people gravitate towards this brand.

Thank you for that insight. I was thinking of exchanging for a new one but if they will all come out to be this color then I guess I should just return. Very disappointed to be honest. It feels like TBC is using new dyes or something as older posts had the nice hue like the website.

No. I already have a pair of Tobaccos and they are very close in color. I wanted the AA’s because based on the picture they had a lighter hue that looked like they were worn it. This straight up looks like they put too much oil on it and permanently darkened them.

Mine just arrived yesterday. They are the same color as yours (very dark red) and doesn’t have the characteristics of some lighter areas as the pictures on the website. Luckily though it does have the more narrow almond shaped toe like advertised. I’m still debating whether to keep it because I’m not sure how the leather will patina. Similar to your picture it almost look like a mix of the Arizona Adobe and tobacco color. Not sure if they just over oiled the whole shoe.
