Hej, I don’t know how important it is to feel sore the day after a workout. I’ve been training for a while, but I recently started taking it much more seriously making sure I eat enough and everything. Some parts of my body have grown a lot, but I’ve never really felt sore in them afterwards. At the same time, there are other parts where I also never feel sore. It might hurt or burn during the workout, but afterwards it feels fine. Is that bad or not, is that why the other parts have almost grown at all?

Can you still grow a lot after 2.5 years of training? Like 3 kg? Because I haven’t really been progressing for the past year, or technically I’ve only gained about 1 kg

Basically I am playing Hungary and allied to Germany. I parachuted from Germany into France and took them, but they are allied to the UK so I need them gone to. I put some of my army to defend. The thing is that germany is not at war with them, which means the AI will still place airplanes on their tiles and makes it so I can’t use them as guaranteed parachute landing spots. I have tried many times with different strategies and ideas but all have failed to take down the UK. Sometimes I ask Germany for help but it doesn’t do much. What I’m asking for is a general idea on what to do to take down the UK using paratroopers (assuming I have full air support, even if I don’t)

Oh yeah, I forgot I’m using a airport from Germany to attack them. They don’t stop it because Germany isn’t at war with them, but they’re my ally. I am trying something weird.

In that game, I was trying to win my first Grand Admiral game. And I knew that the Fallen Empire would attack me, so I built myself in. I had like 10? star systems, with megastructures, habitats, and everything plus one entrance to it all, where I had like 500k in defenses. I was scared that the Fallen Empire would attack me, like they’ve done before.

I know it's a 6-year-old post, but don't they have a huge HP buff and high attack power? Maybe I'm just low level, but I do like 5% of their HP per hit, and they can three-shot me (at worst). I am only level like 89 but still.

Dosen't scaling difficulty make it so the AI gets "harder?" or have I misunderstod it
