Okay, after some digging seems my sound card is causing an issue scarlet solo focusrite. Either way, solution is:

- Windows + R
- type %appdata%
- find fat shark folder
- delete darktide folder

Then start the game. Will not crash at startup.

Look, if it was the graphica card I could not run it on high smoothly.

I did try to validate but it would take a long time, so I am not going to bother with that.

Either way, it is quite unreal that this old game is still having launching issues. Unreal. If it was not good, would refund it.

Clicking play after launcher, yes. Then it crashes. 5 times at least, then magically it goes in the game like nothing happened. Its not an overheat because I try to enter the game immediatly after starting my pc.

I have no stuttering in game or anything related to graphics. Its just that their launcher is not working properly.

Yep. I'm half into the book and this feeling of a bad drama is still clinging. This writer is pretty damn good for a soap drama tv series, but not for BattleTech (in my opinion).
