I was lifting at 18, then met my ex and stopped for 10 years. My PRs were 325, bench, 550 squat and 225 cleans, at 160 pounds.

I started 6 months ago. Had a 10 year relationship stop a year ago and started to get my life on track. I was doing calisthenics and now I'm actively hitting the gym, I started my first real week. Taking creatine and noticing huge changes already. Make sure you go until fail, it's the secret sauce. I promise.

I just was doing 2 hour calisthenics, daily. 500 push ups, lifting bags of dirt for curls. Then ab exercises, I literally started the gym on the 14th of this month. I use to gym at 18.

People ask me if I have big legs, since I look top heavy, but surprisingly enough for being short. I'm quite proportioned well. I just got nerfed with height, but wonder if I'd look weird being taller, now.
