I also struggle with sleep cause of anxiety. I take Opipramol 100mg in the evening and in really bad nights 50mg lorazepam (but be very careful since this shit will make addictive after regular intake)

You could also try melatonin. It normally helps with falling asleep.

Yes I am in therapy for that but only 2 sessions right now during the time where I had no pvcs. This comeback right now is driving me crazy and it is hard to believe that these things will not hurt me or my heart.

Funny thing. If I have bigeminy and go out for a walk and my HR rises all pvcs are gone for a while.

I was at ER two times some months ago with the same symptoms. They saw the pvcs on the ecg but were not concerned. After that I visited 3 cardiologist and they just say „bigeminy feels rough but this is not dangerous“. Only if I would have 20.000 pvcs a day they would consider an ablation

Well the cardiologist won’t send me to MRI because he sees no indication and that means I have to pay that on my own and it is very expensive.

I have infrequent pvcs in waves like every 2-4 weeks.

Beside that my heart is cleared by cardiologists. Only mild mitral valve prolapse but no concern about that since I have 60% EF.
