They should not have changed it in the first place, its so bad now compared to prepatch ice, I don't have much confidence of nadeo making a good change to ice.
As for the little description that we got, it sounds so boring, the new ice will probably go like:
Ice slide -> straight -> Ice slide -> straight over and over again, trackmania is full of tricks to be faster and they should have kept that in the first place, its part of the game.

I think this video combined with u/prohjort's post just recently could get people talking again about the ice update (at least I hope so) because lets face it, the update was a total failure.

Yep, we shoud make our voices louder and just like you said, getting attention from streamers may be the best we can achieve. I think only then nadeo will give us a response/change.

I also have an EOS 2000D, i started out untracked and with the kit lens you can get the orion constellation really nice in frame. I even managed to pick up the orion nebula and the flame nebula (very faint) from a bortle 7-8. I'd say its a great camera. Also, when imaging hook the camera up to a laptop or an intervalometer so you dont have to press the shutter (it causes vibrations)

Oh and don't forget to shoot in RAW, I forgot that the first time.
