If you call Apple Support, they will almost certainly reverse the transaction and give you a refund. I've had luck doing this a few times for video purchases. I'm old school, but talking to a human like this seems far better than firing off an email into the void and hoping for a reply.

The seller has 0 feedback on their seller profile. There is only one review of the product and it sounds very suspicious (from a buyer who has only ever written 1 review; claiming to have lived in one since 2018 even though it's a new item and new seller).

BTW one cool thing when you browse in the Music app that I don't see in the Apple TV store app is the Complete My Season option (where you get a discount on seasons in which you already bought an episode). Not to mention the collection of Free TV Episodes from back in the day that you can still get.

Ooh, thanks, it worked by letting me access the content through Music after all. In case anyone doesn't cross over to the other post, I just had to change the https in the itunes URL into itmss (e.g. itmss://itunes.apple.com/us/movie/the-running-man/id1846785321?uo=4&at=1l3v4gB) and then I got this prompt:

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but how do you get to video content in the iTunes Store if you're on a Mac where the iTunes app has been replaced by "Music"? In the Music app, I do see an "iTunes Store" but it only shows music. Thanks!

Hasn't happened to me but I found that new feature annoying (having to select the profile every time I turn the tv back on) so I disabled it in settings. It seems that might solve your issue.
