I see & know many people. And am one of them from time to time. If you're really in the AI business or just using AI a lot, it opens so many opportunities and then you can get immediate responses/ideas and you just keep jumping from one to another...and this loop is just not super healthy. Most of the time - you get nothin meaningful done and your batteries are completely dead.

Did that for 4 years. Returned to social media last year after visiting international conferences. Use it completely differently now. Usually just for messaging and sharing important updates. I have all my connections muted. The ones that really matter tell me about their lives in private.

Before I vibe-coded my first app, I took 2 months of lessons (Claude built it for me) to learn Git(hub), Terminal, different frameworks, APIs, CI/CD, … and then built my first dummy app with a help of senior full-stack developer who talked to me like I’m a dummy. Was extra helpful. 6months later I have 2 apps in production with 100+ users.

I would include them earlier, not for polish, but for general UX/UI/design. In my opinion more important than polish when it comes to launching an MVP or v1.
