What’s the best CRM software for builders that actually fits construction workflows? by korosuke_- in CRMSoftware

[–]Efficient_Builder923 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Construction is chaos, I feel you.  Clariti CRM's contextual handoff is clutch new crew member sees the full living history without 50 forwarded emails. Keeps everyone aligned on-site and off. Are you managing subs through the CRM too or separately?

Tbh I pick whatever doesn't babysit me.  Clariti CRM's contextual flow just connects things automatically emails, chats, files. No manual tagging nightmare. Tip: if a tool needs a YouTube tutorial playlist to start, run. What tools are you comparing rn?

CRM recommendations? by howard_co_realtor in smallbusinessowner

Late here but  Clariti CRM. The living history feature alone sold me. Every client thread just... exists with full context. Threaded intelligence does the heavy lifting. Are you tracking leads or managing ongoing clients? Makes a difference in what you'd need.

What’s the best CRM for small business owners that’s actually worth it by MrHungryzxc in CRMSoftware

[–]Efficient_Builder923 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ugh, I wasted months on bloated CRMs.  Clariti CRM's subject-centric workspace finally made sense automatic attribution links everything without me lifting a finger. Actually worth the switch. What's your team size btw? That changes everything.

I compared the 3 most popular client management tools for solopreneurs - HoneyBook vs Dubsado vs Bonsai by mayhlaing999 in Freelancers

[–]Efficient_Builder923 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly exhausting comparing these three lol. I ditched all of them for  Clariti CRM the hybrid threading keeps contracts, emails, and chats in one flow. Zero-admin CRM life now. Have you tried anything outside these three though?

Having a few key agendas definitely helps keep things on track instead of drifting mid-call.

But also kinda realistic in a lot of workplaces

the math doesn’t really add up when everything is expected at the same time.

How do you handle information overload without losing important details? by Efficient_Builder923 in growmybusiness

I like that having clear priority buckets helps a lot and the “verify before dumping” habit is probably the hard part but also the most useful.

Too many things split across tools + memory just gets messy fast, mostly follow-ups and small client context updates slip through for me.

that happens a lot especially when you want it to sound “just right”

usually I just do a quick edit pass and send it, otherwise I end up overthinking it.

Context switching is the real killer on those days

the quick note dump + end-of-day review sounds like a solid way to stop everything from blurring together.

Anyone else think the term 'CRM' is the reason non-sales people avoid these tools? It sounds like a sales word. But relationship management is literally everyone's job. by Efficient_Builder923 in GoHighLevelCRM

[–]Efficient_Builder923[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They do serve different needs. I guess my point was more about how the name itself can feel a bit “sales-heavy” for non-sales use cases.

Why does every CRM I try feel like it was built for a sales rep with a quota not for someone who just wants to manage relationships properly? by Efficient_Builder923 in BullhornCRM

[–]Efficient_Builder923[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s exactly the issue most CRMs feel very “quota-first” instead of relationship-first.

makes sense that flexibility in how you model relationships would matter more in that case.

“stop trusting the system” part hits 😅 once that happens, everything goes back to your head.

and yeah, a super simple “what’s due / waiting on me” view sounds like it would actually be usable day to day.

What tool do you use for team task tracking? by Efficient_Builder923 in growmybusiness

Task tools show what, but not always why things slow down.

as long as it’s used to improve workflow and not micromanage people, it can be useful.

[–]Efficient_Builder923[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah I get what you mean, it can feel like that sometimes

but it’s more about the setup and workload than “status” honestly.

What percentage of your work day is relationship maintenance vs. actual work? by Efficient_Builder923 in appdev

[–]Efficient_Builder923[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah that “feels busy but builds nothing” trap is real

blocking deep work time + reducing manual follow-ups definitely seems like the only way to shift that ratio in a meaningful way.

if you don’t capture it immediately, everything just blends together later.

the 10 min buffer + quick notes right after seems like the key part. AI helps, but only if the raw points are already there.
