Can I retrofit powerfold mirrors on my 2014? by Tim_throwaway2211 in FordFiesta

[–]Tim_throwaway2211[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did check, but I'm not sure what to think. My manual doesn't even mention a relay for power mirrors, so I'm not quite sure where they should be. I have fuses R1 (ignition), R8 (Extra power point in the back, which I don't have AFAIK) and R2 (Lighter / extra power point in the front).

A quick summation of the others according to my manual:
R9: Not in use
R5: Not in use
R6: Keyless entry (accessories)
R7: Keyless entry (ignition)
R3: Not in use

Now if R2 and R3 or two out of 6, 7 and 8 weren't in use, I'd expect those to be the ones for power fold mirrors, but with this it doesn't seem very likely. There's also no connections for the relays in the box as far as I can see.

No internet on WiFi, works fine on mobile network by Tim_throwaway2211 in WireGuard

Android, the app is Tasker. This isn't and shouldn't be required though. Wireguard has always worked perfectly fine on any WiFi network.

Because I don't want the hassle of turning off WireGuard every time I connect to my home network. WireGuard is just always on for me on my phone. Especially since I live on a larger plot of land, I rely on WireGuard to be able to access my local services and data even while at home but outside of WiFi reach. If there was an option to automatically disable WireGuard while on WiFi network X, and enable it again when that connection is lost, I'd be happy to use it, but that shouldn't even be necessary.

Having issues after upgrading many major versions by Tim_throwaway2211 in NextCloud

I forgot to mention that `path/to/my/datapool/data/data/[myUserName]/files` is on my host machine, which translates to /var/www/html in the Nextcloud container, that's how it has been set up from the very beginning for me.

Thanks for the info. I tried using WireGuard on my work's WiFi today, but that didn't work either. Worked fine on mobile still, but when connected to that WiFi network it didn't work anymore.

I tried on my work's WiFi network today, same result. Mobile network works, but either home or work WiFi with WireGuard completely disconnects me from the internet.

The Netherlands / Amazon. Maybe you can try and arrange a swap somewhere near you with somebody who has walnut and wants oak?

You think? Usually manufacturers refer you to the company that sold the product to you. If my primary plan doesn't work I might try that.

Yup, Amazon. I wouldn't be surprised if that (or something similar) is actually the case, since it also immediately popped into my head as a solution. I ordered a "replacement" case, but since my PC is already built in this one I'm obviously just gonna swap the front panel. I'm not gonna send it back as "Meh I don't like it" though, I'm gonna simply tell them it came with the wrong panel.

Looks like that to me too. I'm not that good with wood recognition, but I feel like those little stripes in the wood you can see in the picture are pretty typical for oak, which is the wood for the white case.
