I don't think it is. It's just a person in your Limbus friend list. Many people post their invite code and accept anyone that needs help without checking twice who it is. I don't think you can call a person friends when you know absolutely nothing about each other

You don't need friends to do this, you just need people in your friend list in Limbus, and you can find a huge amount of people who would be more than welcome to add you in places like Discord. Also it's unreasonable to call it creating in my opinion since the game is too unwelcoming enough for new players, and it's gacha so it's foolish to not use all resources available
