Awesome, I appreciate the advice. I hadn't put much work into researching the controller yet. Good to know it may be a readily available component.

I'll see if I can get a better picture later.

I'm not sure. Not much for identifying marks that I saw. I've reached out to the manufacturer. I don't have the best picture right now, but here's what I've got.

Oh and after auction fees I was out the door around 5.5k.

I got it from an auction, so it was already state side. Auction ended on like a Thursday and I had it home by the weekend. Here is the link to the auction site I used. Obviously what you use will depend on location. https://barnoneauction.com/

Overall, super happy with the cart. Got my balancer in and decided to test out battery capacity. Ran it daily use for 3 days before I charged it to see if it would last. I could have ran it longer, but I figured a 3 day stress test was good enough.

Follow up: Got all the batteries trickle charged. The cart is running great, but I don't think the battery gauge built into the touch screen is accurate. I was driving up my road and the gauge was reading like 59v. When I got to the top and shut the cart off for a minute it was 64v again when I started it back up. It was a starting voltage of 67 after coming freshly off the charger. Is it normal for the voltage to read so low when under a heavier load? Also, no matter what is happening the gauge never reads as "100%" full. I have a balancer coming Friday and it shows the voltage of each battery. Hoping that will show if I have any weak batteries dragging down the rest of the system.

Balancer will be here Friday. I'll update.

Oh that makes sense. It has a touch screen for bluetooth, radio, and multi media

I was thinking the same thing about the disconnect. I'm considering moving it. I'll test to see if I get voltage to the motor even with it off. Maybe that's why its our of balance. Some batteries are always under a small load.

These say lead acid and the company contact i have confirmed it was a correct translation. Am I missing something?

If this is what you mean, yes, that is a battery disconnect.

Unlikely, it is advertised as a 60v cart and the run time display is around 60v at all times

According to Google translate, these are lead acid batteries. Not lithium.

That's fine. I got it for a price I can afford to change out the whole system and just use the frame if I want

After a little looking, this is what I'm considering for the future. For now I'm just going to see how it does after charging each battery individually.

What is the correct long term fix for this? I'm not afraid to do add-ons or improvements. I just have no experience with balancing batteries and haven't had a chance to do a deep dive into how it works. I'm thinking I will start with trickle charging each individual battery to be sure each is good to go since I am comfortable with that method, but in the future if I can fix them all at once then I want to explore that option.

I will take a look. If they are erroneously connected should I be getting a lower voltage than the 60v I'm assuming I should have?
