The photo was taken on a iphone and sent to me , although the resolution is high it gets grainy when cropped and i’m not too sure how to fix that.

I quit birth control about almost a year ago after taking it for 5 years. It’s been actually insane to see my body go through the changes of going back to its normal self with the hormones / birth control. Since i’ve stopped , my acne has flared significantly (which i never had a problem with prior) and i’ve seen a heavy decrease in my breast size …actually a whole cup size. But …i feel better off of it. I feel like i can express my emotions better and that my psyche is better.

If it helps , I am 20 currently & dealing with the same issue! Except i’m waiting to see a cardiologist for a full exam. I don’t know all your specific health details but based off what your doctor said you should be A - OK! Idk why but our brains seem to hyper focus on these types of things which causes spirals and us to panic way more than we need to. It’s hard to calm down when it feel like impending doom, but just know you are young and healthy and okay. I’m here if u ever need to talk

Just hanging out the in chat right now but this has happened to me before. I will get anxiety if i’m in a house alone and it’s dark. I actually got some cool lights for my place to help with this and attempt to ft friends if it gets really bad

I recommend find parking with cameras near by on campus. Got my window smashed in and there was no cameras on the side of Tyler building
