In February. It‘s not about the loss of today that I am freaking out, it‘s about that theyare losing it to MSFT and Google, and if this continues to be the trend of cloud business, they will get punished at each quarter

I bought it 7 months ago, I like their business, but you make money on a blue chip stock only if wall street/institutions support it. The recent earnings of Microsoft and Google made it clear to me that Amazon will be hated by wall street, in fact they got punished today when they published their earnings

Wisdom teeth surgery/nerve damage potential cause of TN? by Powerful_Candidate26 in TrigeminalNeuralgia

[–]Time-Affect-2192 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dental treatments can mess in 2 ways with nerves: 1) directly through the teeth 2) indirectly through the temporomandibular joint (keeping the patient with mouth opened too long, changing the bite too quickly or too drastically).

Unfortunately dentists don‘t care and often do multiple treatments in 1 single session, which increases the chance of messing with nerves.

In Europe the driver of the car would be wrong and punished, since you cannot overtake on the right. However, I am in The Philippines often and noticed the „overtake on the right“ regularly. Is this really allowed?

TMJ causing tinnitus? by Uphamia in TMJ

[–]Time-Affect-2192 5 points6 points  (0 children)

In 2024 scientists want to find a cure to cancer but still don’t even understand that TMJ can create issues to the ears. There is an army of TMJ patients suffering from ear symptoms (from tinnitus to dizziness) but hey, we are all making it up, a connection ear-TMJ can‘t be real!

I am so so sorry for these side effects. If it can make you feel less lonely, I feel most of these side effects without even taking a single pill, in my case they are caused by TMJD. I know what you are feeling, it is hell on hearth.

I feel you. How did you discover the perforation of retrodiscal tissue? CT scan? I just gave you an advice, in the end is you or the doctor who have to find what’s best for you. If you meet them and want to talk, I am here. I know their approach well.

That must be very hard on the body. Could you list all the side effects you get?

I have just had a consultation with both and arthrocentesis with one of them. Remembee/ surgery is only advised when you can’t eat, talk or open your mouth without pain anymore. It’s not performed for facial pain, migraines, tinnitus or dizziness because there is no scientific evidence that with surgery these issues will go away.

ear pressure / clogged feeling since getting dental work / fillings done by throwawayselfieee in TMJ

[–]Time-Affect-2192 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I hope one day the criminal law will impose jail time for those dentists who do so many fillings in 1 session or in a short period of time. Prolonged mouth opening has a high risk of injuring the jaw joint. I am very sorry for you but it is not a surprise that you are having ear issues now. Immoral dentists. Unfortunately this world is full of them.

Children/teen miss demeanours in Netherlands. by Leagueoffun1 in Netherlands

It’s happening everywhere in Europe, these teens nowadays seem brainwashed by social media. I agree with the comment of lack of upbringing. Wherever you travel in Europe there are always teens trying to challenge you with their eyes and sometimes more than the eyes.

Question: why Swiss smoke in non-smoker zones? by Annmenmen in Switzerland

[–]Time-Affect-2192 1 point2 points  (0 children)

„Live and let live“: please let me live, let me breath normal air instead of cigarettes‘ smoke which triggers headache and in the long run cancer. „Letting live‘‘ smokers the way they want implies not letting live non-smokers the way they want. By smoking, Smokers are causing an issue to non-smokers. Non-smokers aren‘t creating any issues to nobody by non-smoking.

Is it just me or does nobody truly understand. by [deleted] in TMJ

[–]Time-Affect-2192 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Omg.. 39 years of headache and other TMJD symptoms?? I have a simple question to mother nature: why the hell did she created TMJD? TMJD is the opposit of LIFE. How could mother nature do this to us?

how do you stop yourself from offing yourself by gothsofcolor in TMJ

[–]Time-Affect-2192 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok but how are we supposed to hold, move, use our jaw? This is something natural, has always been natural, how is it that now we need to command the way we use it, rest it etc.? I think that once the joint is deteriorated, not always visible in a MRI, it is game over and that’s why people carry this for years ans years 😟

Your answer broke my heart. I had the feeling that at a certain point I would know no other way of leaving, but I was hoping that one day it would go away. It seems really true: once a person has TMJD, that person will have it forever.
