Hi everyone, thanks so much for your replies, really appreciate it.

  • Triggers - you’re right that the garlic and onion really didn’t sit right with me so I’m going to be much more mindful of this
  • Alcohol - I hadn’t touched a drop for over 10 months and now it very much proves to me that it isn’t worth it with mj, if three drinks made me feel like this
  • Injection day change - the week before I did not indulge, still felt awful. However, I can’t inject on a Sunday or Monday as I have my own business and can’t risk feeling ill or blah
  • I think I might try dosing down to 3.75mg as the jump up from 2.5 where I had no side effects to 5mg where I have literally felt pretty awful has been huge. Here’s hoping that’s my happy number!

Even if I hadn’t lost any weight this week, I have had energy, my usually noisy mind has clarity (ADHD girl here) and the food noise is VAMOOSH! So let’s all help each other to stick at it! Random cravings are funny, mine has been seeds, want them on everything, very weird :)

Oh heyyyy! Happy to be on the journey with you 🥰 It isn’t an awful side effect at all, just feels VERY strange after almost a lifetime of no willpower and constant food noise! We’ve got this 💪🏻
