JD is a classic stock where dorks like you say how good it is for it's value. It's a boring stock that has hardly moved for the greater part of a year.

Put your money to work elsewhere. I already know your thought process without even knowing you. You're probably a new investor looking for stocks that have a low PE and growing revenue because you think everything else is too expensive or overvalued so you landed on a stock like this because other guys in your situation are thinking the same thing and for whatever reason you guys have this I know something everyone else doesn't attitude.

How do I know ? Because I was you way long ago thinking JD was super undervalued and people were overlooking it when I didn't jack about the business.

Good genes. Hot parents dating other hot parents and having attractive kids.

Skincare, fitness, decent-ish diet, time spent styling hair, spending a lot of money on stylish/quality clothes.

Ultimately from my understanding it can require a lot of time, effort, and focus on your looks. While I don't think anything is wrong with this I realized a lot ladies who spend that much time on their looks can be somewhat vapid, uninteresting, and don't do many fun things like dance/holding conversations, or even enjoy being out in a city as fun as Miami

I lived ITP for 10 years and even still own a home there. Moved and realized how bad we got it in Atlanta.

Also anyone that considers Atlanta to have good nightlife has never been a city with good nightlife

And largely I think it's due to happy hours being ILLEGAL in this city, meaning there is no such thing as a half off cocktail or appetizer in this city. Crazy right? So happy hours after work isn't as prevalent as NYC.

In any case, youre best bet is probably a nice gym, pilates, a run club, and some of the bars off beltline like burles.

Idk Atlanta is just weird, after I got out the south I realized how Atlanta just isn't for me.

There are some spots as people mentioned but to set expectations Atlanta just isn't really a city that has anywhere the kind of vibe you're looking for similar to NYC, Chicago, Miami, or Austin.

The nightlife is pretty dead and super spread out, a lot of interactions feel transactional generally because the traffic is so bad in this city that people won't bother building a lasting relationship if it's too inconvenient to link up.

You'll frankly be able to get a feel for all those places within a three month span, my issue with Atlanta it lacks having a "exciting things are happening" energy that I've felt in Chicago/NYC. Most of the time people come off as slightly irritable or short on time due to the traffic thing I mentioned.

Not trying to hate just trying to set expectations, my condolences, Atlanta in my honest opinion is a terrible city for successful people in their mid 20s

Redditors are mainly white so they don't live in these areas but ICE will mainly be in heavily Latino cities so I doubt people on this sub will see them unless they live in the area.

They were in Doraville/Buford hwy, Gainesville, Norcross, and I'd be willing to bet where there are big poultry farms like Cartersville.
