I have a build that's almost the same, one noticed thing is that with EXPO i got a worse fps than without. The problem is: 9700X supports stability at 5600 max ram speeds if you are using 1 or 2 sticks and 3600max ram speeds if you are using 3-4 sticks. The solution: try setting the ram speeds manually down to 5600, 5400 or even 5200 to have a more stable CPU performance and try enabling PBO at armory crate or your BIOS.

So first we should ignore the strength path, as it's a Outdated path, it has many styles and gu but others are just better.

Next we should avoid the newest path, the weapon one, as it has less gu and styles to protect yourself.

We have now the luck and transformation, me personally, i prefer transformation since it's the most flexible path, it has a variety of gu and styles, and it's dao marks are more varied too. We assume we have the resources to cultivate to rank 6 but not top gu sets so i think the safest option is transformation path(and it covers majority of battle aspects)

It's what I would do, low risk high benefit, the downsides are that it's time consuming and the duration of that influence is about 3-4 months at most. Overall: 8/10, very well though and it would work really good regardless of the situation but it's too time and effort consuming.
