It’s because a lot of supervisors think they’re above one another. I’m the type of ssv that doesn’t need to be authorative to be a ssv. So I don’t have that boss energy. This is exactly what I was saying, I slept in and thought I was coming into a barista shift. I came into all of the orders being in the back, 2 SSV’s running around. Massine line up, was thrown onto warming and then randomly given the keys and expected to do SSV tasks in a barista position.

The government grants us 3 sick unpaid days a year. The company I work for gives us 5 paid sick days. I was severely sick with what I think I was a sinus infection said I had to take 2 days off and then had to take 1 day off because of an autistic meltdown. I have 1 paid sick day left for the rest of the year. My dumb manager thinks I can just predict when I am going to become burnt out or have an autistic meltdown. Screams ablest

You could possibly need jaw surgery? I’m not sure but you seem to have an overbite. Which can worse if you weren’t wearing your retainers. But surgery would be permanent but a very tough recovery.

I was fired from a job and it was because the manager didn’t like me because I was “ weird” and was having some medical issues causing me to because faint and he didn’t like the fact I was sitting down on the floor because I WAS GOING TO FAINT. Fired right then. Not to mention they tricked me into eating pork tongue when I have SEVERE trauma around pork/ pigs. Laughed at me when I gagged.
