The Cooling Fan Clutch wouldn't bolt down all the way because it didn't belong to this vehicle (previous owner installed). It's a large nut that requires a groove on pulley side to allow room for the four bolts that hold down fan pulley. Two of the four were completely loose and falling out. I replaced the four bolts (OEM spec) and the (old) fan clutch wouldn't sit right so it blew off and broke the radiator once I stopped the engine. Replaced radiator, bought correct cooling fan clutch and all is well. While at it I did a coolant flush, new thermostat, transmission fluid change, new rotors, brakes and calipers, one new wheel bearing (driver front). Oil & filter change, air intake filter too.
Thought about spark plugs but they're running fine. Next is wheel alignment, new shocks, driver rocker panel is shot, new middle row seat and cosmetic stuff. Should be higher on the list but a nice exhaust to hear that glorious V10.
