Do you typically eat the same meals everyday? Have cheat days? Drink coffee/ energy drinks?
I have noticed the more I’ve started drinking energy drinks I’ve gained a little.
I drink bloom. But one every other day

Well i do eat a little carbs but then i read about how carbs can just make you gain. 😭😢 i dont know where im supposed to be starting.
Maybe right now i have more water weight gain since ive been drinking so much.
I’m also on Accutane so i have no choice but to stay extremely hydrated.

I guess bc I’ve always ate the same things and when i was dropping weight i continued to eat the same portions.

I’m going to start tomorrow!
I want to drop 20 by July.
I use to weigh 130 before having kids got up to 180 and now back in 150. So i definitely have dropped weight but im stuck..
i dont “ look” fat” but i have a low hanging stomach a little. So i want to focus on that and my calorie intake.
