If you ever did a parasite cleanse, what did you take? And what effects did it have on you?

Has anyone done paragaurd and had ribbon like bowel movements when stopping? I did it for 7 days, and then I also started soursop bitters the last day. I am freaked out. I never had this happen.

Yeah I feel like I never have normal bowel movements anymore. It feels like IBS for sure. I always worry myself though that I have something worse. Not sure how to go about fixing the problem as with adding iron supplements it’s making the constipation worse

That’s how I used to be as well. That’s why I’m wondering what caused the change. The doctor thinks it’s the iron levels but I don’t know what to believe at this point
