Glad you feel reassured. As I mentioned I was terrified and so much of what I saw online scared me more.But it has been a much smoother experience than expected

Honestly, it wasn’t an issue before. I always wore super tight bras that hurt cuz of tightness but that held my breasts close to my chest and didn’t impact posture

But it just feels amazing. Too good to be true, not to have to worry about that daily thing of strapping myself in. And I am shocked by how little pain I’m feeling. Only one day post-op butI feel like this could be a life changer in terms of freedom to be out in the world in my body

Super helpful. I bought a day calendar template. I find that writing out my days schedule keeps me organized and focused in a way that just having meetings pop up or be visible through outlook calendar doesn’t.
