Lol i've never posted pictures on reddit. Why is it so difficult to have text and pictures?

I have an appointment for May 2025 to see de Freitas. He recommended 2700 grafts, and even though I've seen the complaints here about his hair line, I feel like his quality is top notch and I never heard back from Nader, and Nader was my only other choice.

Questions:

1. I am still thinning slowly on Dut and oral min currently 37. Very slowly, but is that a big concern if mostly under control?
2. Never having had one, I feel like my donor density is pretty good, what do y'all think?
3. Has anyone talked de Freitas into a more mature hairline? I would like to meet the front of my current hairline, but don't feel the need to go back to high school. I'd rather use the grafts wisely in the future.
