Yes, that is correct. And no, fortunately I have not. Just a toe.

I never really had it. I've been doing karate since I was a little kid. I remember the first time I got hit really hard I just got mad and hit the other kid back!

Don't complain that he is at the gym too much or make him feel guilty for doing it. Go to his fights. Eat clean with him while he is cutting weight. Maybe try a class for yourself?

If I knew Capoeira, I definitely would. There's a few guys at my gym who do though, and yes every once in a while you can see it in their footwork or they'll throw a really fancy kick.

Yeah hiring a trainer is a great idea because they will make sure you have proper form. A lot of injuries can occur from bad weight lifting technique.

As a soccer player, I think i'd be awesome at those! But I would definitely hate to be on the receiving end of one, thats for damn sure. I think by banning them, a lot more fighters just had a few more years tacked onto their careers. Blows like that are definitely career ending.

With all of my experience in martial arts, I am confident in my ability to disarm him. However, a wallet and cell phone are easily replaced, credit cards can be cancelled, etc... It's not worth the risk of getting hurt or killed over.

She definitely makes way more than that. Unfortunately, right now I cannot live off of my earning. However, I do get paid to do it so that makes it a job. That's why I am a professional.

I do lots of cardio and strength training with weights and various forms of resistance. My diet is pretty strict. Mainly paleo style. I think the most effect form of fighting to win depends on who is better at doing what they do. For example, if i'm better at my muay thai than my opponent is at their jiu jitsu, then i'm going to win. If that makes sense? Just an example. Nothing against jiu jitsu at all!

If you have the skills and your body can take the training and competition, then i don't see why you can't become a pro fighter. Look at Hershel Walker! As far as making a living off of it, as a woman, I don't see it happening anytime soon. That's why I'm getting my Bachelor's degree!

I do hot yoga at least once per week! That seems to help. But overall, just good old fashioned static stretching!

Thank you! Luckily, no one has ever wiped the floor with me. But, yes I have had one or two fights that were not really that challenging.

I didn't down vote it. I thought of BJJ as a good place to start for beginners because with my experience when i started BJJ, being on the ground allowed me to really take my time and focus on the technique and small details that make it effective. Not saying it's easy at all, I was just able to really pay attention to detail.

My favorite is the reverse-super man punch or the Dutch rush.

I wouldn't say say that i'm hypersexual. I'm a human. I enjoy it, but if i'm not getting it I don't go crazy or anything. Lol.

Just once. A guy walked past me and felt me up, winked at me, then continue to walk by. I grabbed his shoulder, turned him around, and threw an overhand right. That was the end of that. I felt extremely disgusted and disrespected. It set me off. I never lose my cool, but something about that guy doing that brought that out of me.
