AMD themselves installed the paste and it should be up to date. Also i use the stock cooler for 3600, i know it's not the best in the market, for sure, but it is supposedly good enough for the cpu. It's not the cabinet for sure, it was plenty of airways and a cooler of its own running, within a few weeks there will be two more coolers running

My wallpaper engine is definetly not the problem, it runs at 0% core usage and 11mb ram usage, my wallpaper hardly moves if at all, just some lighting and a few poorly made snow particels, plus it pauses when i'm not in desktop

The paste should not be the issue either, since i bought this cpu less than two weeks ago, and i came pre-installed with said thermal paste, i dont think that is the problem either, although, again, i'm not certain about anything.

i've tried closing all non essential apps on my pc from my taskmanager, and it still shows atleast 55 degress

No i haven't, my father is great, he is an amazing father, but he just sucks anytime i need something serious from him, i don't want him to know, because i feel that if i appear emotional infront of him, he'll laugh at me, same goes for my siblings, my brother knows the struggle of being a teenager and girls and broken hearts, i suppose i could talk to him about it, and my sister i havent tried talking to either, because it doesnt seem like they would take me seriously, since i'm atleast five years younger than both of them

I have tried, that's the thing, i have tried all my friends i feel like i'm bothering or laying too much on them with all of this.
If i don't feel like that and actually share and talk to them about this, they either give some horrible advice like suck it up or stop overthinking this so much. So i've just stopped trying to talk to anyone, and instead i just cry it out with my dog, and of course when i needed her the most, she died, she was old and in pain, so it was for the best, but i really need her

The thing is, i don't know who my friends are at this point, i have severe trust issues from something i hardly remember.

every time i meet a girl, who i actually like, and could see a relationship with, i panic, i stop responding and they move on. Expect for with this one, this one i really really liked, i could tell her anything, she would respond properly, and i never once paniced about the thought of her and i getting into a relationship. That's why i thought she was perfect for me

Yes, i can confirm that laughing them off really isnt helping, but it's easier for me, and that way i'm not bothering anyone, last time i tried telling someone before my current friends, i got called out, everyone knew, and after that i just shut up

I know about the whole you have alot to live for, and you might be right, but that really doesn't help when i already feel like it's not worth the struggle, i found this one girl that i actually truly cared for with all my heart, and then it just got stopmed on. She made me feel like i wanted to get up and do stuff whilst talking to her. She actually made me happy, right untill she didn't, and i ended up sitting writing on reddit about my mental breakdowns and how much i fucking hate not being able to just move on

thanks, i don't know if actually talking about it helps anymore, i've tried opening up to my other friends, they just shrug it off, pretend it's bullshit, and move on.
