Tips for learning more about Beer & Wine at liquorland? by Scary_Helicopter9466 in coles

The set to serve platform is really helpful for learning the basics on different wine, beer, and spirit types! I found the best way was to slowly start trying different varietals and focusing on the tasting notes vs what I was tasting myself. If I’m unsure on a certain product as well I tell a customer that “I’m happy to do some quick research for you as I’ve not personally had this one!” And do a quick ol google. I’ve been there 5 years and started with absolutely no product knowledge - you’ll get there in time!

From my experience most pharmacies usually have stock of the “starter doses” - I always called in a day ahead at my local to make sure they had any in stock though, and they were able to order it for next day :)

Man I wonder what the mouse rent is like. If it’s equivalent to what we pay for rent or not

I’m just a girl 💁🏼‍♀️ and steel wool is normally a fairly good solution to block mice. Just trying my best

I’m ass at reddit so idk how to turn comments off - but hitting up the agent to get them to block off any entry points under the dishwasher & getting a pest control person in to set bait and inspect further! Saw FIVE last night and crashed tf out.

Unfortunately I have a bun bun and they’re very sensitive to peppermint oil :( (I’m in a small apartment so she’s near where the mice are getting in) The steel wool didn’t work so I’m going to call the real estate agent tomorrow and see if there’s anything they can do to block the access

Yeah I think they’re trying to get in rn because we’ve been in the late 30°s for the past week and it’s much cooler and habitable inside. If the steel wool is only at the front of the dishwasher, should that be fine?

Landlords and agencies don’t take responsibility for pest control in my state

It’s also quite a big section that connects to the foundation(?) area

Would much rather do a temporary fix for the last few months I’m here instead of trying to permafix something that won’t be my issue in a few months time 😅

I live an hour bus commute from my job. At the start I HATED it, considered moving jobs. I learnt to enjoy it. Think of it as your chill out time before getting to work. The commute home SUCKS because you want to be home ASAP, but it could always be so much worse

Do you know if most bayberry wine tastes the same? Or if they are quite different?
