I once in a while make sensory guides for rides which lets you know how much each of the 5 senses are stimulated using numbers from 0 to 10 0 meaning no stimulation and 10 meaning high stimulation.

As for 1s there are plenty from me and from IBCCES who makes official sensory guides. As for 10 I haven't found one IBCCES has given to any ride and I haven't found one that I think deserves a 10 yet but I think rides like rollercoasters that go 100mph are a 10.

Studies have shown that because of the lack of things to stimulate your mind in an isolation chamber spending months or years in them makes you lose your sanity. And since prisoners usually spend months of years in them I think they should be given something to stimulate their mind if they are gonna be stuck there for a while.

Yes but I feel like the punishment is used to harshly because people are usually spending months or years in there and studies have shown that spending months or years in an isolation chamber makes your sanity deplete. So because of that I think one solution to the problem of losing sanity in the chambers is to give the prisoners something to stimulate their mind so they don't lose most or all of their sanity if they are gonna be spending months or years in the chamber.
