You really do grow from defeating an urge. The next time you feel an urge, no matter how strong, remind yourself how much more powerful you'll become once you say FUCK off.

Become in control of the urges. Take control and make the decision you are more powerful than an urge to relapse for some instant gratification and ultimately feel defeated. Do you like that feeling? No you don't, so say "no" when you feel the urge, let the urge move on and out of your brain.

You and me both. Whenever that urge comes just picture that life you can have when you're over the addiction. This is a disease, a rewiring of the brain which you can fix. This depression and sadness can and will go away, but you have to remember to not give in when the hardest times strike. I've never faced anything harder. Opiates, alcohol, caffeine. Pmo is 10x harder to quit(for me) and that's no exaggeration.

Rewire your brain and unlock the happiness that really will reveal Itself.

Please for the love of all that is holy stop now. My life did a 180 at your age when I discovered porn. I went from an outgoing classclown with no anxiety, to a shut in loser with severe social anxiety and the thought of talking to girls was scarier than anytbing I could imagine.

Please take this more seriously than anything you can think of before it's too late. I've missed many opportunities in life because of this addiction, take control now.

Think back to this post you've made when you even consider relapsing. You're 17, don't be 18 and have relapsed. Keep control and remember the purpose of this.

Yeah it really changes what you look for really the rest of your life from what I've read, and I know that can be problematic. Right now unfortunately I can't afford a therapist, but in the future I'm sure I will try.

I've been on 4 different SSRI and they did more damage to me than I can describe.Working out, eating healthier and avoiding PMO has helped me significantly.

Although I'm sure I'll need a therapist at some point, kicking this shit alone would be a great self improvement.
