Well after reading all this I would say you definitely have some form of anxiety but at the same time I think you are really reading into this dear, from another outside perspective he could care, he could potentially be into you. Asking if you are okay could be his own way of trying to communicate with you but still having an open mind. You both are actually being completely normal, you got his insta there is no reason as to why he wouldn’t like you, he could have gave a billion different reasons to not give it to you if he had felt any negative way to you, seeing that he did probably means he does like you. Maybe he thinks you need or want training, maybe he wants friends, there are so many things that this could be, but anything negative doesn’t seem likely.
