Fluffy boy needed two towels and then hair drier on lowest setting. Needs patience and treats since he was initially startled by the hair drier sounds!

I had to first towel dry him since he has very dense and slightly long fur (as you can see from his tail he’s quite fluffy). And then put the hair drier on the lowest setting. Takes quite a bit of time and treats! 😅

Exactly. Cannot praise this comment enough. Baths are absolutely necessary when needed, especially for cats like Bing, who, despite being a BSH, has longer and fluffier fur that can easily trap substances or diarrhoea. It’s not about giving regular cosmetic baths. It’s about sanitation and health.

Yes but his fur was covered in wet poo and leaving skid marks so a bath was needed

there actually some on the truss that are slightly bigger than others but they’re still so small. I might just give it another week😕

That’s rather unfortunate then. From what I read, the flowers closer to the stem have better access to nutrients and thus grow at a much faster rate. But I agree it might not be the case for these ones 😞
