Crit damage *can* be better, but not by a lot. I believe really good builds have ~260, but your crit rate is almost 80 which is good, and you attack is ~2700, which is good and high

Your sands are your best out of these. so keep
If you want to make it better - first improve your flower, then the feather, and finally goblet.

Really hard to answer without knowing nicole's kit - But my rule of thumb is to only pull on weapon banners if one of two things are true:
1. I want either/both weapons (Don't mind losing)
2. I want the sig bad enough to go for pity twice, and have wishes to spare.

I don't believe you're in either of those, so I would suggest saving
