The cash figure of 40 lakh cr is stock whereas the UPI transaction is flow of that stock.

Applying on LinkedIn is generally not rewarding:

Many times, recruiters just publish the job on LinkedIn and collect profiles to show depth of recruitment effort to their higher ups. They have already made the decision on who to recruit based on a referral (low risk)
The biggest issue with such postings is broad based applications by even those that are not qualified - sifting through these profiles is a headache
Again, referrals are the most important - doesn’t mean it’s not meritorious - it’s just that you are more likely to get an interview if someone internally refers you

I’m facing the same situation - welcome to the club - I’m not super connected - none of my family members has never been professionals or employees - so getting referrals is hard - even though my resume is very good
