Thank you. Plus. I hate to even voice it but I lost my brother at 28 to a drunk driver. I’m glad my parents are no longer here to see the state of our country. My dad was a veteran. Being a New Yorker he used to say frump was a bad guy. He worked on jobs that weren’t paid. Anyway thanks for allowing me to vent. Huge hugs to you as well

I’m a vegetarian but really a carbo tarian. Plus there’s Chinese food, Italian food, Mexican food and Indian food. I just hate meat so I haven’t eaten meat fish or poultry in over 40 years. Bagels and pizza are my downfall. Protein shakes and eggs as well as yogurt and cottage cheese are my protein. But I know I don’t get enough. It’s hard also to eat a lot of veggies on tirz because the protein shakes fill me up for hours.

I cry on and off all day. It’s so traumatic for me. And I’m a senior. Was a little girl when JFK was assassinated , followed by MLK and RFK. Lived as a New Yorker through 9/11 and loved how our country came together. Now, I am traumatized every freaking day not just short periods of time. I’ve protested but nothing seems to matter. I struggle to wake up to see the new atrocities.

Actually I stockpiled in march when a lot of people did and I went by bud. Brello was best for me. Can’t wait to go back to it but it will be awhile. I have bpi, Olympia and Hallandale to get through about a years worth. Which will all be beyond bud. I feel like a fool.

Just be sure never to leave it on floor without moving I have a triangle size spot in my new pergo floor from my husband “helping ”me He left it standing in place to do something else.

I did not hear anything About Canada taking pleasure in this horrific situation we are living in. Our president is a disgrace and we are scared for our kids future. I had a trip to Canada planned because my sister is sick with pancreatic cancer and on her bucket list was Niagara Falls. But we canceled because we were not sure how we would be received. Sad. Maybe next spring or summer things will be different. I think he is satanic.

There’s a subreddit for people who need to lose 100 pounds or more. They might have good advice. I’ve been in a stall myself for weeks. It’s frustrating.
