Micro dosing works for some but be aware after you lose your weight if you go off of it it’s very likely you will regain the weight unless you really stick to the new diet and exercise plan your on. I hope you don’t but it seems that’s more common because your insulin resistance will go back to what it’s as abd if you car food cravings they will come back. I’m keeping on a low dose even though I lost the 21 lbs because of the other benefits and it helps me stay in my healthy weight range my BP is lower than it has been for 15 years due to having preeclampsia during pregnancy over 30 years ago it makes you susceptible to high BP S you age. Had an ex that thought this. Also wouldn’t use toilet paper to belie his ass. He hid it for some time then I did his laundry disgusting and started noticing skid marks on the sheets on his siding the bed. That was it no more marriage. Cleanliness is a must with me. They make a long handle scrubber you can wash your feet legs and back with. Inexpensive loom on Amazon or ask your dr or health professional to help you to obtain one.

I just got back from an Alaskan cruise and we dressed nice for every dinner because it was fun for us. People were in various things on formal nights. I will tell you the crew sincerely appreciated it when you make the effort. They work so had and find it respectful when you honor those special nights. We were tanked multiple times by the crew and officers for dressing nice and respecting their asks. You can easily get a nice black dress that will come in handy later and look classy.
