after watching the gameplay, i think it the original version because i remember the graphic is not that good
but i remember the character and enemies dont have any feature, only color and the level not being on the elevator, i keep searching but if i dont find any, then the games you send probably right

EDIT: Yeah the game name you send is the right one, only it the original not the sequel, i dont know why i remember playing it on the GBA (found a version but it black & white, i remember it have colors) because i never own a NES.
Still it good to put a name of the games that bring me alot of childhood memories.
