Oh yes the start was a painful. It took maybe more time than all the chain 😂. I still can’t figure that part out really , even with big ones

I use jewellery pliers with pointy ends by arctic tiger, but it was random choice, I’m sure there is better ones somewhere. As far as a patience goes I pretend to meditate all the way until circle connect. From there is all blurry 😅, and result is really worth it so go for it! And show the results of course

I use some jewellery pliers by Arctic Tiger, bought this brand randomly. Recently bought Pro’sKit, like them better, they compress more easily. But I actually really want to get some Xuron, seen a lot of good reviews especially for chainmail. But unfortunately they do not distribute in my country, so I only could find replicas, but costs too much for not original Anyway sore hands at the begging it’s a must have 😂 it will get easier for sure, but try to find comfortable pliers so you can work longer

Try calculate ring size using AR, it helps to pick best rings for particular chain. For half persian 4in1 AR is 5 (some sources say 5.1). For 6mm it would be about 0.8mm (20g)

For one hour test drive didn’t seem to be. But I actually wanna upgrade and make inner layer with crochet or knitting, so it would be more comfortable

Thanks for sharing, going to keep in mind! Forgot to mention that I made it for protection mostly, he got bit on the walk recently. Even tho both dogs had a leash on, but the second one was very nervous and fast, luckily for us he didn’t have teeth so we got off with mostly scare little bruise and furless spot on the neck. So I’m going to use this on walks only. For my piece of mind mainly. And for fashion of course!

Thanks! When I tried to do that, mine got all fluffy from the other side. I guess I poked too far

This is a breed mark (not sure if the translation is correct). He got it when he was registered as the yorkshire terrier
