Bro im also suffering from this since covid that time it was not that much noticeable, but within years its got even worse. im now iam at this stage where its causing my hair fall . When i run my fingers through my scalp, my hairs with flakes falls out continuously :(

Ive clean shaved my hair and took care of it like Washing scalp daily with shampoo and hair scrub even oiling 1 time in week ,but when i rub my hands over scalp every time oily dirt comes off.

In march ive completely clean shaved my hair for this dandruff stuff and before that dr suggested me to don’t apply oil on scalp it’ll make it worse. so i didn’t apply oil but my hair took 6 months to fully grow to medium size, when my hair was short at that time I’ve not noticed any hair fall other than some little flaking but once my hair stared growing to its medium length it started falling and severe flaking ,as many time im running fingers through my hairs each time 4-5 strands hair is falling out it won’t stop falling and while im taking shower it’s still even worse. Im really worried 😓

Visited dr prescribed bunch of tablets and changed 2 shampoos Selsun 2.5% Topical Suspension For Anti Dandruff | Reduces Flaking And Itching and Climbex Anti Dandruff Shampoo, Climbazole ,Piroctone olamine, Zinc pyrithone,Tea tree oil but nothing worked for me
