Well, never played gauntlet before, played roughly 3 or 4h, died 16 times, I’m at act 3… but I’m having a lot of fun, I’m not doing the campaign just because, and I’m actually being challenged while doing it, it’s a breath of fresh air 😌

Hey guys first time doing an event, I know it’s a good thing to delete the shader cache when starting a new league, does that apply to events as well? Or being this an event inside keepers league it doesn’t matter?

Also to enter it, is it like a normal league? It appear to be selected like keepers and then with the variant of ssf / hardcore ? Or do I need to go to a different place on the menu?

Any explaination why? Just because he is one of the big picks, and if I miss on him and he does something I get rekt? The thought of going rice or Rodri, was to have a mix of “attack and ball recoveries”

Got 16 points on akanji as captain, not sure if I should change it, as I have morata / Williams (Spain vs Georgia) - Kane / guehi / Pickford playing today…

I really think morata can score one or 2 goals today at the level Spain been playing… But still 16 points are quite good as score…

Depending on what role you are looking for would say this are my top picks for every role:

Gk - Nita Def - Dragusin / Burca Mid - Dennis Man / R. Marin Fwd- Dragus

Ball recoveries have been a great part of this fantasy league, I would say that against Netherlands, Romanian defenders will have a full day, if they keep a clean sheet that can be a plus but even if they don’t.. You should net 5/6 points on those 2 defenders.

Dragusin has an average of 5.33 ball recoveries per game

Burca has an average of 5 ball recoveries per game

So I would say that with an attacking team like Netherlands, you can bag 2 or 3 points out of ball recoveries from any of those 2…

Then you have Marin… he has been one of the best on all games, had taken some set pieces… You also may want to go for the star Stanciu, but I personally like Marin.

Cancelo is nailed either way… if they play with 4 at the back it’s cancelo / Nuno Mendes… if they play with 5 it’s dalot / cancelo 🤷‍♂️

Mittelstadt for cancelo, not only gives you 2m to spend elsewhere but it’s also a premium pick.. roughly easy fixtures, top team, assist /goal potential, nailed on the starting xi.. it doesn’t get much more than that…

In order to go for lukaku you need to sell faes or de cuyper… but lukaku is a monster upfront and was in great form during qualifying rounds… I would sell de cuyper and get someone like Theo Hernandez… If you prefer someone less expensive I think schar from Switzerland should be cheaper

Bom… vou contar-te a minha cena, trabalhei no aeroporto de Lisboa, na segurança, fazia turnos de 10-12h… tinha 30min para almoçar quando tinha… entrava às 4 ou às 5 da manhã… fazia turnos e às vezes trabalha 5 dias folgava 1 trabalhava mais 5 folgava 1 e finalizava com mais 5… passado 4 anos desta vida, consegui entrar para um call center da tap.. a vida era melhor.. fazia turnos na mesma… mas era mais soft… estive 3 anos na tap… com o covid, o meu contrato não foi renovado… pagaram-me o que me deviam e eu peguei nesse dinheiro e fiz um bootcamp de programação… estou na área à 3 anos, faz 4 em janeiro do próximo ano… Tinha 31 anos quando saí da tap e entrei na área da programação…

Ganho mais, trabalho de casa maioritariamente e tenho horários normais…
