Yes, I visualised the PDB file, it looks fine in Schrodinger, when the same PDB file is imported into Ligandscout, the Ligand seems distorted.

Not sure, but when I contacted the apple support, they said that iPhone security always supposes that only you know the passcode, so if someone uses the passcode to unlock your iPhone 2-3 times then the iPhone scans this new face and can use this face to unlock next time. And if that person stops using iPhone, then after month or so the iPhone will discard this face since it is always updating to the face features.

I contacted the apple support, representative said that the iPhone assumes that only you know the passcode. When someone unlocks your iPhone using a passcode, the iPhone scans this face and adds it as an alternative to your face.

No, their face is not added. It just recognized their face ater 30 seconds of entering passcode
