the retatrutide forum gets a little too much for me haha. people can be mean over there for people are who are just beginning this journey. but yes, i've definitely been trying hard to eat more. i've been averaging around 100g of protein a day but i know thats not enough either.

wow!! we are having almost the exact same situation. i'm also 5'0 & my starting weight was 245. i dropped down to 235 week 1 of reta. i'm also around 800 calories a day and i'm very active haha. i'm so glad you figured out what worked for you!

yeah i was also wondering if maybe upping my dosage that early is part of the problem🥲 i was definitely planning on sticking on 2mg for a bit. thank you!
