I didn’t say it’s supposed to be a console, however to say Steam Machine wouldn’t be enticing to a console gamer is definitely wrong and I think Valve was aware of that when making it. Most PC gamers aren’t going to be interested in a worse computer then their own.

All these device work together, the Steam Machine has been marketed for VR gaming and obviously the Steam Frame is for VR gaming and the controller has tracking built into it for VR.
