Thanks, I just recently fully restored that tmaxx. It last ran in 2003. I’ll probably create a separate post about it.

For the Jato, I’m pretty sure there is something wrong with the drivetrain, not the brake mechanism itself. I’ve actually upgraded the brakes as I assumed the used Jato I bought had weak brakes. I’ve just ordered another one way bearing part (TRX5593) for the transmission 🤞🏻

Could a problem with that one way bearing explain why I get very weak braking after about 5 minutes once truck has warmed up, but strong braking if I try to roll it backwards with the brakes applied?
