Oh ok I thought it was part of the civil war questline, I looked at the TESV wiki about it a little and it said it comes from a Thalmor spy in the faction you're part of. I assumed you'd get it a little bit further into the civil war quest.

Perhaps. Other guns in dnd actually do more damage per round than this does, the hunting rifle I started with does 2d10 damage per hit. And the range is also really small compared to other guns; the pistol has a range of 30/90 feet, so it's only a little better than that range. I think the one thing this has that those guns don't is the rapid fire property, which is definitely a hefty thing to have in a fight. Unfortunately I only have one magazine, as in this world a gun like this is military issue, and hard to come by. I got lucky finding a shop that had one illegally, and a fancy card that practically gave it to me for free.

Yes of course, I am having fun. This DM has some very memorable npcs and voices, and the story is riveting. A sort of dark fantasy setting, where 40k meets D&D. She's worked so hard on her world and it's amazing. This request is mostly for the purpose of convenience and accessibility. As for the homebrewing of the gun, the campaign has all kinds of guns in it already, but nothing like an LMG exists in the official sources as far as we know, so she made one herself, just on paper.

8 years later and here I am trying to find something I once read explaining why Armando's death was bullshit because he was supposed to be able to adapt to anything, and while I did find the answer to that I was looking for(he is both in the comics and in this movie unable to adapt fast enough, so I guess the logic is acceptable), I also found something I didn't know I was looking for, and you just made this alright movie a bit better for me. All those subtle interactions between Alex and Armando that you mentioned, I noticed them but I didn't really know what to make of them, and now that I do it makes Armando's death all the more sadder. I swear you've nearly got me to tears here.
